FAQ’s

Do I need to have a background in catering?

Absolutely not. We will provide full training in how to run a Pepe's store.

Is it possible to finance part of the capital cost?

Yes, we have arranged franchise finance with all the leading UK franchise Banks: Lloyds;Natwest & HSBC. We have also negotiated asset finance on the store equipment for franchisees to reduce the franchise set-up costs.

Can I find my own premises?

Yes. However, all premises must be pre-approved by us. We work with a national property finding company where franchisees require help with finding a suitable premises.

Can I use my own builders to fit-out my store?

Yes. Providing the supplier sourced has the relevant H&S documents and follows the Pepe's brand specs.

What training is provided?

Initial training is carried out on our online Training Portal which contains 3 levels and 29 courses covering all aspects of running a Pepe's business. Further franchisee training is undertaken at our dedicated training centre based at our Head Office in London. An experienced Pepe's representative will also be on site at your store for the first week you are open.

How much does it cost to open a Pepe's Piri Piri restaurant?

Each location is different, and the initial investment will vary dependant on location, build out costs and restaurant size. However, the minimum investment required is £250,000.
