How long do I have to collect my order?

Please try to arrive at your chosen collection time if you order for collection as the food may become cold if left ready for too long.

There is a queue in store, can I place a collection order on the App?

Yes, you can place your order on the Pepe's App and state you are in-store to collect. This process will save you time.

My order was cancelled before I collected, when will I get my money back?

Your payment may appear in your pending transactions but will be automatically cancelled within 5 working days. Queries relating to a direct store order contact the store direct https://www.pepes.co.uk/our-stores. If your order was placed using a third party delivery app, contact the supplier direct.

If I want to contact Pepe's regarding my order, how do I do this?

Can I cancel an order on mobile ordering?

What happens if my order is wrong?

We are sorry if you experienced any issue with your order. If you have any issues, you must contact the store directly, providing as much information about your issue and where appropriate a picture showing what was wrong with your order, see www.pepes.co.uk/our-stores. The store will then investigate your issue and let you know what they can do to rectify it.

I ordered from the wrong Pepe's, can I collect from somewhere else?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been prepared by the store, they will not be able to do anything. Please ensure you check carefully before placing any order to ensure everything is correct.

An item was missing from my order. How do I resolve this?

Why doesn't my local store feature when I request a delivery?

Some of the Pepe's stores do not offer a delivery service from the store, which is why your local store has not featured. You can collect from this store but they do not offer home delivery. If you require home delivery please go onto Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo as they may offer delivery from your local store.

What is the service charge for when I place an order on the Pepe's App?

Pepe's charge a small fee for the administration in processing your order. The fee is not applicable for order's which feature 'I'm in store'.

I have a pending payment for an order I didn't receive?

A pending payment is not a payment that Pepe's has taken from your bank account. Pending means it is sitting with your bank. Depending on the bank will depend on how long this amount is reversed back into your bank account.
