Orders placed and paid for on a delivery portal need to be directed to the correct delivery company. Pepe’s is unable to help with these orders as Pepe’s acts as an agent on behalf of the company. All queries must be directed through the relevant delivery portals.

If your query is outside the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and is related to a Pepe’s App order, Pepe’s will respond within 2 working days.
